Let’s review what happens in the body when you consume whey protein. It was originally designed to help build muscles and get strong so that you can move big distances. However, with time, whey protein has become a protein industry with tons of unfounded claims and excessive claims. This is why, if you are a regular reader of mine, you may have seen me writing about why whey protein is bad for you things you will face if you drink it.

Now, the name of the game when you consume whey protein is to keep the muscles, heart, lung, and other organs alive so that they can take in oxygen and give out carbon dioxide, enzymes, water and proteins. After whey protein becomes a muscle industry, so did the media start hearing claims that if you drink whey protein (or any protein), you will get ripped. Instead of saying how to build muscle, some people say how to get ripped. They will tell you that by taking protein you will become ripped. When you read the hype that comes from social media and reading articles from the fitness industry, it’s not only the industry that needs to learn more about the science, it’s you too.


Why whey protein give full day energy

A couple of days ago, I read an article about how whey protein gives you a full day of energy and why it is the best thing you can consume for your muscle growth. Of course, the article was written by an authority in the fitness industry (he started working in the industry while he was in college and was given the title of “world’s best trainer”), but I would have liked to read more about how to build muscle. Although the author claims to know everything about the topic and wants you to understand everything (and by understanding everything, he actually implies you should drink whey protein), he doesn’t tell you the science behind it. He doesn’t tell you why it is bad for you or how you can make it good for you. Instead, he says that the best thing you can consume is whey protein. And why whey protein is good? It’s because it provides energy for the body and helps build the muscles you need for muscle growth.


Why Whey protien is not good for health

While it sounds nice, the truth is that whey protein is the worst thing you can consume for muscle growth. Whey protein is not a good protein and you are actually sacrificing the quality of your muscle build to obtain the quantity you want. The truth is that whey protein will not build muscle because there is no science behind it and there are tons of factors that affect the muscle growth process. You need to understand those factors so that you can make your muscle growth journey as smooth as possible.

Why whey protein is not build muscle

The truth is, whey protein does not build muscle, and it does not have any effect on muscle growth. If you drink a ton of whey protein, your muscles will get leaner for a couple of days. But, once that happens, your muscles will not get bigger and stronger, and you will not get any more muscle.
